From Corporate America to Real Estate Investor

I spent over a decade working with some of the world's largest organizations — including Amazon and American Airlines — negotiating multi-million dollar deals and learning what it means to operate with professionalism, accountability, and precision.

That experience taught me one thing clearly: the best outcomes happen when people are dealt with honestly and treated like adults. I carry that into every real estate conversation I have.


Why I Started Seller Finance Dream

I created Seller Finance Dream because I kept seeing the same missed opportunity — property owners sitting on equity they couldn't easily access, going through the stress of traditional sales, dealing with realtors and fees, and walking away with a lump sum they didn't know what to do with.

Seller financing changes that equation. Instead of a one-time payday, you become the lender — collecting reliable monthly income while I take on the property, the maintenance, and the tenants. It's a better deal for a lot of people, and most of them just don't know it's an option.

My goal is to change that.
